Maintenance is important for any computer. Luckily, we take care of 99% of the maintenance required to maintain a smooth-running computer.
What we need you to do is to restart your computer at the end of the day. That is it. There are three easy steps:
- Click START
- Click the Power icon
- Click Restart

So at the end of the day, click the START button - - (Windows logo on the bottom left). Note: you can also use the Windows key on your keyboard.
Click the power icon - . Note: if you have Windows 7, use these instructions.
Click Restart
Why should you restart? This will allow all programs to close and get restarted. It will leave your machine locked for security. Plus, it will be left on to ensure after hour maintenance and scans are running on a regular basis. Leaving a power on overnight, especially when not being used, uses very little power and is therefore not costly to do so.
